The Christchurch Girls' High School / Te Kura o Hine Waiora Rock Climbing team participated in Tournament Week at the YMCA Adventure Centre from the 28th August to the 1st September.

Six Christchurch Girls' High School / Te Kura o Hine Waiora rock climbers competed in the South Island Secondary Schools rock climbing event that took place on Thursday 31st August and Friday 1st September, as part of tournament week.

All the climbers did amazingly and as the event consisted of 33 rounds on day one, the girls climbed a whopping 33 climbs of varying difficulty on Thursday 31st August alone.
