Thank you for your support!

Eliza Dalzell - Year 13 —

On Thursday 9th June, Christchurch Girls’ High School / Te Kura O Hine Waiora held a kākahu kāinga (non-uniform day) in support of our school charity Youthline.

Youthline is an organization that supports young people throughout Aotearoa who are struggling (with their mental health or other issues) and young people who want to learn, grow and give back to their community.

Youthline operates a 24/7 Helpline service (text, phone, webchat & email), free face-to-face counseling services, youth mentoring, and programs in schools and communities to help people grow and develop.

Christchurch Girls’ High School / Te Kura O Hine Waiora raised $1125.00 for Youthline by hosting the non-uniform day.

Youthline is an outgoing charity that we are proud to support and offer our services to, we are excited for what the future holds with Youthline and planning some pretty amazing things with them.

There will also be another kākahu kāinga (non-uniform day) in Term 3 on Tuesday 6th September to support Youthline.
