Rostering home / one day extracurricular ban / late start.

As you are aware the rostering home of students was increased to two year levels each day, four days per week. This is in place for the remainder of this term and means there will be no school for students on their respective days listed below. Teachers will not be setting specific work for these days but students are strongly encouraged to use the time to work on their current school work.

The rostering home schedule:

Week 9 - 19 to 23 June 2023

• Monday - Years 9 and 10
• Tuesday - Years 11 and 12
• Wednesday - Years 9 and 13
• Thursday - Years 10 and 11

Week 10 - 26 to 30 June 2023

• Monday - Years 12 and 13
• Tuesday - Years 9 and 10
• Wednesday - Years 11 and 12
• Thursday - Years 9 and 13

One Day Extracurricular Ban (Wednesday 21 June) 

Teachers will not be participating in extra-curricular activities on this day. This will, amongst other activities, affect Wednesday sport.

PPTA Paid Union Meeting (Late Start Wednesday 28 June 2023)

The PPTA has advised there is a Paid Union Meeting for its members on Wednesday 28 June 2023 at 9am.

Formal classes (P3/P4/P5) will begin at school from 11.45am and will run through to the usual finish time of 2.30pm.

Supervision will be provided for students under 14 years of age in the library from 8.30am-11.45am for those that require it. Please email PWL@cghs.school.nz by Monday 26 June if supervision is required.
