The Public Health Nursing Team offers student health services at CGHS.
If students have any health, mental health or sexual health concerns, they are here to help. Everything is confidential. Students from any year level can text 021 580 443 to get a call back from a nurse to arrange an appointment. They are available Mon-Friday 9am – 3pm on the phone. They have a nurse at the school (in Te Whare Hauora) every Tuesday usually around lunch time. This is likely when you will be seen if your concern is not urgent.This is free and confidential healthcare and can be related to concerns regarding physical, mental, or sexual health.

· Advice on choices about sexual activity
· Questions/advice on periods/menstruation
2. Advice on any other general medical/health concerns such as:
· Skin conditions
· Nutrition/Body Image

3. Blood pressure checks
4. Basic Eye Tests
