Year 12 and 13 students undergo training at the beginning of the school year to become Peer Support Leaders. Working alongside the Ako teacher, they take responsibility for supporting their Year 9 Ako class.

Peer Support Leaders assist Year 9 students in adjusting to life at our kura. The Peer Support programme operates during the first term.
