A growing group of girls are competing regularly at various multisport, triathlon and duathlon events.

These include both team and individual races where emphasis is placed on participation. Some of the events students have competed in over the past few years have included Canterbury Secondary Schools’ Triathlon and Duathlon Championships, club events run by the Canterbury Tri Club and many others. Self-motivation, interest and a commitment to having fun are essential factors required to take part in these events.
