Christchurch Girls' High School / Te Kura o Hine Waiora is one of many secondary schools across Christchurch who have access to free and confidential health information regarding physical, sexual or mental health.

This is run by the Student Health Team (Registered Nurses employed by the Canterbury District Health Board). Students from Years 9 to 13 can text 021 580 443 with their full name and school, and the Student Health Team reply to arrange an appointment at school during school time.
