In the holidays, Zoe Trolove, 13MNJ competed in the Skoda National School Mountain Bike Championships held in Blenheim.

She competed in the Under 20 category and achieved the following results:

• Enduro:  2nd
• Downhill: 3rd 
• Cross Country: 5th
• Overall, Zoe was placed second in the Under 20 Girls category.

It was an amazing week with around 550 riders (approximately 1100 entries) from throughout New Zealand. This was one of the biggest mountain bike Nationals ever held.

Congratulations Zoe! This was such a fantastic way to finish your five years representing Christchurch Girls’ High School/Te Kura o Hine Waiora in mountain biking.
