Last Thursday the Year 9 Kai in the Community class visited Aotearoa Foodbank and formed a Hungry Action Team (HAT).

Our goal for the visit was to pack 100 boxes for whānau in need. After a quick briefing by the volunteer leader, the students were into it! 

They showed fantastic initiative, leadership and teamwork skills to pack 100 boxes in under an hour.
