Cantrices will be performing at the national finale of the Big Sing this weekend as it returns to Christchurch for the first time in 15 years.

They successfully competed at the Canterbury/West Coast regional festival in June, receiving awards for "Outstanding Performance of a Contemporary Work" and "Outstanding Performance by a Treble Voice Choir". Over 200 choirs and 8000 singers competed in 10 regional festivals around the country, with the top 24 advancing to the national Finale.
Cantrices will be performing in sessions at 11:00am on Friday and 11:00am on Saturday- with tickets available at the door. They will also be performing in the Gala Concert on Saturday night, with tickets available through Ticketek. https://premier.ticketek.co.nz/shows/show.aspx?sh=CBIGSING22
