We are delighted to announce our coaching team for the 2022 - 2023 season. Our Head Coach is the extremely experienced and successful Gary Hay with Assistant Coaches ex world champion Zoe McBride, Joe Barclay, Alice Drummond, Sophie Chapman and current NZ Junior Orla Fitzgerald.

If your child is interested in trying out rowing, we will be holding two Learn 2 Row weekends. This is where you and your child can come along and have a look at the rowing club and your child can have a chance to go out in a boat. You are welcome to come to all four of the sessions or just one.

A Parents Information Evening is being held in the Christchurch Girls' High School / Te Kura o Hine Waiora Staffroom on Wednesday 14th September at 7pm. Come and hear about the rowing programme at Christchurch Girls' High School / Te Kura o Hine Waiora. Our Coaches, Chair of Rowing, TIC and rowers will be present to answer any questions you may have.

We have a supportive rowing family here at Christchurch Girls' High School / Te Kura o Hine Waiora, where our rowers have learnt a new sport and achieved their different goals throughout the seasons. 

We would love to share our sport with new families.
