Minnie Robberds and her friend Nat Hutton, from St Margaret's, have won first place in the Solo/Duo section of the National Final of RockQuest.

This is a tremendous result, as this competition is keenly fought by the best school rock bands and acts in New Zealand. As their prize they receive $3,000 to spend at the Rock Shop and $8,000 towards recording, making a music video and mentoring. 

A wonderful achievement girls! Well done.
