Interschool House Competition

CGHS/TKHW publications —

The inaugural Christchurch Girls' High School / Te Kura o Hine Waiora Interschool House Competition will take place next week on Tuesday 21 February.

This is a whole school event. This event/day will be held on site at school.

We ask that all students bring a hat and a water bottle as the weather is predicted to be 28 degrees.

At lunch time, students will be seated with their House to take part in their House Group picnic.

Students have been encouraged to dress up in their House Colours as we celebrate a day of School Spirit, Sisterhood and a bit of competition.

The school day will finish by 2.40pm.

There is a group of students who have entered the Athletics Championship qualifying heats, through Mrs Robin Brown.  A bus will take these students to Nga Punawai sports hub at 8.45am. Upon completion of these championship qualifying events, students will return back to school to join in the Interhouse Competition on site. Competing students will have information prepared for them by Mrs Brown.

We look foward to seeing our students being involved, connected and participating in a key event to further uphold the values of our school.
