Football continues to grow in popularity with teams formed to suit all levels of ability and interest.

The 1st XI plays in the premier Christchurch competition, and other teams also play in the Wednesday competition. There is a cost of $40 for this competition. Games are played against other secondary schools at various grounds around the city in Terms 2 and 3. Coaching for all teams is provided by staff members, senior students, or interested parents. Uniforms are provided by the school. You provide your own football boots, shin pads, and socks.
