On Monday and Tuesday this week CGHS had 11 students participating in the Canterbury Secondary School Tennis Champs at Wilding Park.

Everyone had some very tough matches over the two days but it was a very enjoyable experience.

A big congratulations to Freya Maguire for winning the Year 12-13 Girls singles consolation draw, and to Emma Tanner and Arna Emslie for winning, and coming runner up respectively, in the Year 11 Girls singles consolation draw. Well done also to Lily Bryant and Emma Tanner for coming second in the Year 11 Girls doubles.

Well done to Claudia Wright, Freya Maguire, Evie Croft, Josie Loe, Natalie Hetherington, Kate Galbraith, Annie Lentjes, Emma Tanner, Lily Bryant, Arna Emslie and Bella Hansen-Ratter for competing in the tournament.
