Voting papers have been sent by post to all those eligible on our school caregiver roll. Voters should receive voting papers by 1st June 2019. If you do not receive your voting paper by this date, please email admin@cghs.school.nz and we will arrange for another paper to be sent to you. 

Please note: 

In accordance with legislation, a voting paper received after noon on election day is invalid, unless the voting paper was posted and the date stamp on the envelope shows that it was posted before noon on election day. If you are delivering your voting paper to school by hand it must be received by noon on election day. 

Key Dates to remember:

• Tuesday 4th June 6pm Candidate Information Evening in the staffroom. All eligible voters are invited to attend. This will be an opportunity to hear from our nominees and ask them any questions you may have. The evening will be relatively informal and light refreshments will be provided by the PTA.
• Friday 7th June Voting closes at 12 noon (please post or return to the school office well in advance).
• Thursday 13th June Votes are counted, and our school advised of the results.
• Friday 14th June New Board takes office.
