La Maison des Crêpes
The Year 13 French class experienced an aspect of French culture last Friday at a local Crêperie.
The students enjoyed a selection of both savoury and sweet crēpes.
Savoury crêpes are known as Galettes. They are traditionally from Brittany and are made with buckwheat flour.
Those with a sweeter tooth chose chocolate, cream and caramel options.
We had a very enjoyable afternoon, surrounded by images of France and messages in French.
