At the Canterbury Schools' Mountain Bike Championships, students competed in the U15 category and the U16 category.

• Loren Edwards achieved 2nd place in the U15’s
• Claudia Rowse achieved 2nd place in the U16’s

The mountain biking team also had a successful time at the South Island Secondary Schools’ Mountain Bike Champs with Loren Edwards competing in all three disciplines (enduro, downhill and cross country). Loren was placed:

• 2nd in the enduro
• 3rd in the downhill
• 3rd in the cross country
• 2nd under 15 girl overall!

Claudia Rowse and Elise Walker both competed in the U16's cross country. The girls had a great day and enjoyed the Mt Hutt bike park where the event was held.
