Junior Speech Competition

The Junior Speech Competition was, as expected, a highlight in the English calendar for 2018.

On Thursday 27th September, seven finalists engaged the audience on topics ranging from puns to global poverty. First place was awarded to Mathilde Walbom (2018…The Year of Headlines), followed by Tia Roffey (Puns). We are incredibly lucky to have such an array of talented young speakers at Christchurch Girls’ High School. It is truly inspirational!
