Well done to all the students from Cheviot Area School that ran yesterday! A huge congratulations to Jack Forrester and Axel Morgan for being selected to represent Canterbury in September.

What a great experience for our students that ran yesterday at Ngā Puna Wai. The course was wet and muddy from the rain but that didn’t stop them trying their very best!  

We had some outstanding results this year that the students can be very proud of.  

Jack Forrester placed 7th in the Year 5 race out of 125 boys. Axel Morgan placed 10th in the Year 8 race out of 179 boys. Jack and Axel will now be representing Canterbury at the Inter-Regional Cross Country in Wellington on 26th September. The team competes against Wellington, Tasman and South Canterbury.
