Returning athletics permission slips : )

Kia ora koutou,

Tuesday 06/11/12 is the final day to get your child / childrens permission slips in for the H.P.S.S.A athletics tournament held in Amuri next week Tuesday. If the permission slips aren't in your child cannot be entered. Entries are finalised tomorrow.  

If the original permission slip is lost you can call the school office (033198787) or email myself (ttetaua@cheviot.school.nz) to confirm your child / childrens availability for the event. Please indicate if your child will be going with a parent or needing to travel in another vehicle. Students travelling with others will need to pay $10.00. 

Some parents have indicated their child / children will be travelling  with others and will need to pay the $10.00 travelling fee by this Friday please and thanks!
