The 12th August - our ski trip day - is not too far away now and we need to get things organised.

If your child/children are coming on the trip, please can you make sure that all the forms are returned by this Friday 2nd August. If children need another form, they can collect one from the office or from me (Peter Crawford). Please make sure all forms are fully completed including:

• Permission Form Signed
• Cost page ticked and payment made (payment can only be credited to a school account if the account is in credit and you have an automatic payment to it 
• Coaching level page filled in
• Mt Lyford Agreement signed

Please be clear about transport arrangements and payment.  For parents who are skiing or snowboarding, please also make that clear by circling the amount

If you are taking your vehicle and plan on driving up the hill, snow chains should be carried. As you are aware, snow sports do carry an inherent risk of injury and more people these days wear helmets as a precaution. Although these are not yet compulsory by law, you may wish to consider arranging for your child to wear a helmet.
