Download the attached form, open in Adobe Acrobat, save the file (change the word "fillable"  to your family name), then send to enrolment@chisnallwood.school.nz

Hard copies of the enrolment form also available from the school office between the hours of 8.30am and 3.30pm.

When are applications due?

Please return the forms as soon as possible.  Once your enrolment form has been processed you will receive an attendance email with 3 - 5 days working days

Chisnallwood operates a school enrolment scheme. However Chisnallwood welcomes out of zone enrolments as our school capacity allows us to cater for most students interested in joining us.
