Follow the 3 steps below to book:

1. Enter your name, your child's name, and your email. If you need to book for more than one student, change the “Book for x students” setting, and enter the other student's name.

2. Pick the classroom teacher.

• Please note: Caregivers would have received an

  email with their child's Room and Teacher's name, this was emailed on Monday 9 December 2024. If you have not received this information please check your spam folder before contacting the school office via email: info@chisnallwood.school.nz

  2. Pick the teacher. (there is a staff list on the website)

  3. Simply click on the time that you wish to book. When you have finished, your interview timetable will be emailed to you. You can return to the site and enter the event code a8vxx again to change or cancel your interviews.

Please note the school office will be closed from midday on Friday 13 December 2024 for the summer holidays and any emails sent to info@chisnallwood.school.nz will only be checked once a week until the office re opens on Monday 20 January 2025.
