Water Polo Team

On the Weekend of 14 & 15 October the CTK A Water Polo team competed in the Canterbury Champs at Jellie Park. Congratulations to the children, listed below, who won the B grade championship. A special congratulations goes to Sam Rochford on winning the Most Valuable Player in the B grade. 

This weekend the Christ the King School A Water Polo team will compete in Dunedin at the Water Polo South Islands. 

Good luck to Logan McGregor, Liam Wagteveld, James Methven, Max Coltman, Conor Crosbie, Sam Rochford, Charlotte O'Neill, Nicola Crosbie, Maisy Perriam, Billie-Rose Dunlop and Molly Graham.

Athletics

On Tuesday 25 October we had our Year 4-8 Athletics Day. A special thank you to all the parents who helped out on the day. We could not run a Athletics Day without you all. 

Well done to all the children. Those children who placed in the top 3 will have the opportunity to represent the school at the North West Zone Athletics. Further information to follow. 

Centrals Triathlon

This event was postponed in Term 1, and will now go ahead on 1 December. If your child/ren placed in the School Triathlon they qualify for this event. A notice will be sent in the coming weeks. 

Running Club

This week Monday 31 October we will meet at Jellie Park at 7.30am. Wear warm clothes if it is cold. (I am hoping for sunshine!)
