Hi, my name is Kerryn Tasker and I am the Public Health Nurse for this school.

The Public Health Nurse Service is based at Burwood Hospital and is part of the Canterbury District Health Board.

We are a FREE service which covers a wide range of issues that children 4.5-18 years old can experience.

Children can be referred directly via our website (link below) or the school office has paper copies of our referral form which can be scanned and emailed, faxed or posted back to us.
