Year 7 and 8 Cricket vs Cobham Intermediate

On Thursday 13th March, our Year 7 & 8 Cricket Teams represented Christ the King with great enthusiasm in their matches against Cobham Intermediate.

Our Boys’ Team, playing at Burnside Park, showed fantastic spirit and determination but narrowly went down in a hard-fought match.

Our Girls’ Team, playing at Cobham Intermediate, put on a stellar performance, playing exceptionally well and doing Christ the King proud.

A huge thank you to Mr Hopkins for organising this fixture. We know the students will be looking forward to the opportunity to play again.

A big thank you also to the parents and caregivers who provided transport to and from the games, umpired, or supported on the day.

Your support is invaluable!

Swimming Sports 2025!

What a fantastic day we had at Jellie Park on Wednesday 12th March, as our Year 5 - 8 students took to the water for the Christ the King School Swimming Sports!

From skilled swimmers racing for top spots to those bravely taking the plunge just to challenge themselves , it was great to see everyone give it their all!

A big highlight this year was the introduction of ‘Pride Points’ Students earned House points just for dressing up! There were lots of House colours on display.

A huge congratulations to the 32 students who have qualified for the North West Zone Swimming Sports on Friday, 21st March! We wish them all the best as they represent Christ the King!

Events like these wouldn’t be possible without the incredible support of our school community. A huge thank you to the parents and caregivers who came along to cheer and to those who lent a hand on the day.

Lastly, a massive shoutout to Mr Shea for his seamless organisation and to our staff who kept everything running smoothly.
