ACT Alliance Palestine Forum Emergency Response
In the aftermath of the unprecedented humanitarian crisis befalling the Middle East, ACT Alliance Palestine Forum’s emergency response has delivered lifesaving support across Gaza, the West Bank, East Jerusalem and Israel.
Members provided emergency cash assistance, food, water, medical supplies, and primary healthcare through clinics, mobile teams, and partner hospitals. Psychosocial support reached thousands of children, caregivers, and vulnerable adults, while Education in Emergencies workaround programmes enabled continued learning.
Shelter and non food item kits (blankets, mattresses, sleeping mats, hygiene
items , etc), livelihood restoration, agricultural inputs, and cash‑for‑work schemes helped families rebuild stability. Legal and protection partners documented violations of International Human Rights Law and supported at‑risk groups including women, detainees, Bedouin communities, and displaced families.
Community‑led disaster preparedness and resilience initiatives strengthened local capacities, while coordinated advocacy pushed for improved humanitarian access. Together, these interventions have supported hundreds of thousands of people with dignity, protection, and hope.
The ACT Alliance members are committed to collaborate in Palestine and engage with other faith-based organisations that can contribute significantly to the emergency response efforts.
