On Tuesday the 3rd of September, we had four Year 5-6 students participate in an annual social chess competition run by the Canterbury Inter-school chess Trust.

This is the first year that Clearview has participated in this whole day event, and our amazing students placed 3rd among six schools. Well done to Ben Calvert, Billie Newsome, George Smith and Finn Tan.
