First Lego League

Clearview —

This year two teams from Year 7&8s are competing in a world wide competition called First Lego League.

This competition involves two parts, one of those parts is a real world innovation project team and the other part is robotics.

This year the problem that the project team has to solve is how to make a hobby of their choice more exciting and accessible. The project team has to make a solution to the problem and think of a way to include the arts into their solution.

The robotics team completes a set of challenges through coding Lego Spike Prime robots. We are lucky enough to be able to compete at Nationals but it’s all the way in Auckland! So we need $12,000 to get there.

We have some fundraisers set up and we would love some help and support please.

The fundraisers are bacon and croissants, Fruju Friday, cotton candy and a quiz night but this is not going to be enough.  We would really appreciate some sponsorships or grants. It will help us a lot and make it easier on us.

Please sponsor or support us with our fundraisers - keep an eye on Hero and Facebook

Thanks :)
