The shouting continues as the next player gets hit on the leg.

We are playing Gaga dodgeball.   At least 13 people are playing in the sandy pit. 

It’s Brooklyn and Ryder competing against each other, this’ll be hard.  Brooklyn strikes and barely misses. He strikes and misses once again, then bang straight on target he gets his shin and everyone jumps in.

We struggle to get people and bang Ryder is out of here. He started chanting let’s go Brooklyn let’s go and bang another one bites the dust! It's down to Brooklyn, Austin, and Sam.  Then Sam strikes as he slams the ball at an amazing speed and …he just barely misses Austin.

"What a close one!" I say to Kian as I take the ball and trick Kian easy. Then when I get the ball and fire again and I get Ryder and he’s out. I got him that’s the best shot I had ever done.

Fingers crossed that we can get a new improved version of the gaga dodgeball pit at Woodend Camp in 2020.
