A grand total of $920.10 was raised last Friday for "Shave for a Cure" and "St John in Schools".

The Student Kaitiaki were really impressed with the amazing array of wacky hair designs that graced our school last Friday.  From unicorns riding on clouds to octopus and cupcake creations, it was fantastic to see!

Matthew Hunter completed his Shave for a Cure campaign by having his hair shaved during the Quest team hui.  Matthew managed to raise approximately $625 before our fundraising donation was added so this means he has reached his goal of $1000.    Congratulations Matthew!

Barb Barrett did an awesome job at reassuring Matthew while she shaved his hair.  Thanks Barb for doing this for us - we really appreciate your ongoing support.

During lunchtime, some brave teachers stepped up to have their hair coloured by some very eager students.  Our thanks goes to Mrs Toohey, Miss Thompson, Mrs Young, Mr Wood, Mr Rush, Mr McDonald and Mr Goertz for being keen participants in this activity.
