2020 CHRISTCHURCH SCHOOLS’ MUSIC VIRTUAL EVENT
Congratulations to Trisa Gregg Espiner, the Clearview Senior Choir, and Senior Kapa Haka attendees for winning the top award in both the choral and instrumental sections of the 2020 Christchurch Schools’ Music Virtual Event. We were awarded the‘“Most enjoyable performance (‘Best in Show’)!”.
We were provided with some feedback:
“Great choreography, well sung, some nice solos, and an irresistible sense of fun coming from all involved. The performance was capped off with some impressive backflips, as well as a combination of kapa haka and singing towards the end. Charming! A special mention needs to be made of the massed singing, it was clear that the singers were well trained and totally committed. Their rhythmic precision and diction was amongst the best of all the submissions, and their ability to hold separate parts was impressive. The direction, videography, and editing were all of a high standard. Bravo to all the cast and crew”.
