Thank you to all of you who took the time to vote in the recent board of trustees election process.

The newly elected Clearview Board of Trustees held it's first meeting on Thursday 20 June. Re-elected board members – Nick, Ngaire and Fiona welcomed Kate Worner and Emma Hodgkin to the team. We also farewelled outgoing board member Jason Holland and thanked him for his time on the board. We wish him and his family well as they relocate to the Kāpiti Coast.

A focus for the first meeting was voting on roles and responsibilities for the board. Nick Cairns continues as chairperson of the board of trustees.  Board members all have roles that are supported by the strengths they bring.

Principal Rob Rush shared key induction information about the governance role of board members and about Clearview Primary.

The board is looking forward to supporting the principal, teachers and tamariki of Clearview Primary over the next three years.
