An update from your PCG
The Parent Community Group (PCG) organises fundraising events throughout the year, with all money raised going back to the school. Read on to find out what's coming up.
The Easter Raffle is one of our most successful fundraisers of the year and it's great to see everyone getting behind it again this year.
Thanks to everyone who contributed to the hampers at last week's mufti day - the team is busy in the background creating awesome hampers to give away.
Payments can be made either in full either by cash or via Kindo https://bit.ly/3mpkxli (no part cash/Kindo please).
More raffle sheets can be collected from the school office or downloaded at https://bit.ly/3mfp9dT
All raffle sheets must be handed into the office (along with cash payments) by 2 pm, 31st March 2023. Winners will be drawn on the 4th of April and notified on the 5th of April.
PLUS the top 3 families that sell the most tickets will also get a hamper!
Ice Skating Disco
The ever popular disco is coming up on 29th and 30th March.
It's a fun night out and is open to anyone, so it's a great chance to connect with friends and family who don't go to Clearview.
29th March - Junior disco (years 0-4)
Only 12 tickets left!
30th March - Senior disco (years 5-8)
Limited tickets are available for all sessions (5 pm - 7:15 pm)
Go to https://www.trybooking.co.nz/MMP to buy your tickets and bring cash for candy floss, sausage sizzle, and drinks.
We also need help setting up and packing down. Please email at pcg@clearview.school.nz or message us on our FB page if you can help.
Set up - Sunday, 26th March from 6 pm.
Pack down - Friday, 31st March from 3 pm.
Our next sale is coming up and we desperately need more stock.
2nd April 2023 - 10.00am to 12:00 pm - School Hall.
If you need to buy secondhand items outside of our sales or have items to sell, please email us at pcg@clearview.school.nz or message us on our FB page
The team gets together in week 2 and 7 of each term.
Term 2 meetings will be held in the board room on at 7pm on 3rd May and 7th June.
The PCG is made up of Clearview whānau and staff who organise fundraising events throughout the year, with all money raised going back to the school.
It's also a great way to find out what’s happening at the school and meet other parents.
Gardening Club!
Last but not least, it was fabulous to receive these great photos from the Gardening Club this term and we love they could put our funding into buying seeds, seedlings, and equipment, to get the most out of their passion.
If you see kai for sale - make sure to grab some - it's organic, tended with love, and delicious!
