Money raised by the Parent Community Group

Celeste Wilson —

We appreciate the ongoing support from all of you with our fundraising efforts. We wanted to share with you some of the PCG's recent donations to school.

The Parent Community Group (PCG) is a small group of Clearview parents who organise various fundraising events and initiatives throughout the year which supports our school financially by raising funds to put back into school.

Below are some of the recent donations made to school:

  • Jump Jam –$1000 to enable the purchase of new music.

  • Travel subsidy –$3000 to support the ongoing costs of travel for our children to and from events.

  • Defibrillator –$2500 to purchase this lifesaving machine for school.

  • Sports uniforms –$5500 to purchase new sports uniforms as the old uniforms was no longer meeting the needs.

  • Discovery Team storage –$2000 to support a purpose built storage shed for the discovery team to make it easier to keep all their much used and loved equipment safe outside.

School Library Upgrade

We are still finalising the accounts from the Fete, but we have so far raised around $34,000.00 from this amazing event. The money will be donated to the school for the library upgrade once the plans have been confirmed.

A massive thank you to you all for supporting the PCG and enabling our school to receive these donations.

If you ever have any interest in finding out more about the PCG and what else we are doing, please feel free to come along to one of our meetings, our next one is Tuesday 19th June at 7.00pm.
