Bubble Writing

Where the scrumptious banana bread cools on the pearly white bench, waiting to be eaten.

Where my heart is pounding as the cool autumn breeze blows through my hair while I run down the footpath.

Where the sweet and salty popcorn meets my mouth, the sound of the crunch makes my tummy rumble for more.

Where my annoyed sister goes psycho and flips the game into the air with rage.

Where we carefully balance our bodies, crashing into the floor and laughing our guts out.

Where we have a nerve racking UNO stand off and I wait for my chance to pounce.

Where the warmth of the crackling fire heats my body as I watch my favourite movie.

Where the hot cinnamon sugar bubbles in the 200 degree oven patiently waiting to get taken out.

Where the dice clinks on the board and everyone cheers.

Where the scent of the buttery popcorn drifts in the air.

Where you let your energy loose, have fun, jump around and play outside.

Where the refreshing wind blows in your face while chatting to your family as we scooter down the path.

Where your tummy rumbles at the sight of a delicious surprise.

Where branches crack and people swing as we climb the tree.

Where you smell the fabulous cupcakes rising in the roasting oven.

Where bricks click, clunk and smash where imagination land begins.

Where your mind goes when you feel drowsy… bedtime.
