The Selwyn District Council are running a campaign this term to encourage and promote safe road safety practices.

We will be keeping an eye out for learners (and even caregivers!) who are doing the safe thing and they may be ‘Spotted’ and rewarded with a cool Road Safety Champion Stickers or wrist band. Things we will be keeping an eye out for include:

· Wearing your hi-viz

· Safe scootering

· Crossing at the Kea Crossing

· Getting out of the car on the kerbside

· Travelling 20km/hr past the school bus

· Not parking over driveways…..
