We all know that the ongoing uncertainties around COVID-19 and lockdowns are also having an adverse impact on our young people. 2021 has been a particularly difficult year for many rangatahi (young people) who are now facing exam time.

We hope you have heard of SPARX, but if you haven’t, SPARX is an interactive e-therapy tool in a gamified world, designed to help rangatahi who are feeling down, low, or anxious. You can find more information on the SPARX website - www.sparx.org.nz

We wanted to let you know the latest version of SPARX 2 is available via our website, Google Play, and the App Store. Many of the young people who have played SPARX have reported how much better they feel having played SPARX and many of your teachers and school guidance counsellors will have heard of SPARX.
