Payments and 2018 Voluntary Donation

Rob Rush —

Through a recent review of our payment procedures at Clearview, we have highlighted a number of things that we can do to help out our families.

We are wanting to take some proactive and positive steps forward to help ease some of the financial challenges that come with education.

No Voluntary Donation in 2018

Our BOT has carefully looked at how we can manage our budget this year to still offer a well-resourced school without having to request a school donation from families. The fantastic news is that we have been able to strategically manage our budget to allow for us to remove this added cost from all family accounts this year.

Reading Eggs and Mathletics

Did you know that our Board of Trustees now pays for the license fees for these useful learning apps for our students? All students will be given a login and password for these programs and will be able to access them at home and at school at no cost. The saving to our families is $20 per child.

Regular Direct Credit

If paying your school account all in one go is too much, you can consider paying your account in regular manageable amounts. We would welcome either direct credit payments and/or direct debit payments. Our office staff will credit these payments to your account and if you go into credit, we will hold these funds in suspense for you to use at a later time.

Our bank account number is 12-3147-0367927-00. Please ensure you quote your child's surname and customer number as reference for your payment.  Payments will be allocated at our discretion unless you specify otherwise.

School Uniform Club (NZ Uniforms)

The Uniform Club works by allowing you to add payments to a Uniform Club card, which can then be redeemed for goods at any NZ Uniforms retail outlet. The Uniform Club helps you save for your child's School Uniform throughout their school journey.  To learn more about this, visit https://www.nzuniforms.com/pages/uniform-club.htmx
