Nick is the chairperson of the Board of Trustees and in his second term. He lives in Rolleston with his wife Cindy and their three children.

Nick organises and runs the twice a term Board Meetings that are held at Clearview. He also meets regularly with principal Rob Rush to support with the governance of the school.  Some key roles for the board that Nick oversees are:

• ensuring a feasible school strategic plan
• approving and monitoring the school's annual plan
• developing and reviewing the general policy direction
• monitoring and evaluating student learning outcomes
• appointing, assessing the performance of, and supporting the principal
• acting as a good employer

Nick gives a large amount of time to this role and provides excellent leadership for the board.
