Hayley is in her second term on the Board of Trustees and is the deputy chairperson. She holds the personnel portfolio on the board.

Hayley moved to Rolleston with her family ten years ago and has been involved with Clearview Primary through both the PCG and the Board of Trustees. The end of the year is often a busy time for Hayley (and the Clearview leadership team) as she is involved with short listing applicants for any job vacancies at the school and is then part of the interview process for hiring new staff.  From time to time, interviews take place throughout the school year also. Hayley also conducts exit interviews when staff leave, to gather feedback to support school improvement. Great staff is the key to an awesome school, so it is important to have Hayley able to support in this area.
