After learning all about dinosaurs for our learning this term, the Matatea team went to the Christchurch Museum to explore the interactive exhibition from overseas, featuring life-sized animatronic dinosaurs!

The exhibition features four life-sized, moving dinosaurs, skeletons, touchable fossil casts and artworks that reimagine what dinosaurs really looked like. It was a great time to learn and explore.

At the Jurassic Adventure Park we had the opportunity to become paleontologists to excavate and uncover an entire dinosaur fossil. As each bone was found the excitement grew to try and work out what we were uncovering.

We also played 18 holes of mini golf around the huge outside dinosaurs.
