Ngaire Shepherd-Wills is in her first term as a Board of Trustees member. She holds the Policy and Community Liaison Portfolios.

Ngaire has lived in Rolleston since 2009 with husband David and two children. Ngaire was a teacher for 15 years including 4 at Clearview Primary and is excited to still be involved with the school in this new role. She works as a Professional Learning Facilitator for CORE Education, supporting schools and teachers throughout Canterbury. 

As part of her role on the board, Ngaire is trying to share more about what the Board of Trustees is doing with the wider Clearview community. This includes newsletter articles, connecting at school functions and information evenings and meeting with various school groups as needed.  Reviewing policy is also a focus and this has included creating the community surveys as part of the school's strategic plan.
