In the gripping semi final we played a hard game against Rolleston and won 5-4. Then came the big game, the FINAL against Weedons and we won by a narrow victory. We are going to Canterburys!!! It was a great day for all of us but most importantly we want to thank our football coach Mr Ager and our manager Mr Wood for giving up his time for our team. By Reece Ager

Senior A HockeyThis term the Senior A Hockey team headed down to Foster Park for hockey competition. Scoring seven points in total the team look to be heading for an easy win. Rolleston School who hadn't dropped a game and the Clearview Team. The game went for ten minutes with Rolleston scoring 2 goals beating Clearview. The day was quick and moved fast, our team played really well. It was great that 3 players were new to Hockey and don't play for a club. Overall we came in second place and are going to the Canterbury Tournament. We would like to thank Mrs Smith and Mrs Curtis for taking our coaching sessions during the term and supporting us on the day. by Harry Lewes
