Tell us your story! We're interested in hearing about your experiences during the COVID-19 lockdown period, especially in relation to distance learning.

We have designed a survey for all students, staff and parents/caregivers from not only Clearview Primary but across the entire Rolleston Kahui Ako (Community of Learning).

The purpose of this survey is to gain insight or perspective from schools and ECE centres and providers on the impact that covid-19 has had on learning, wellbeing and relationships. The information obtained will help provide us with feedback as individual schools, and as a Kāhui Ako, as well as provide a shared understanding of experiences.

All questions in this survey are optional, and the survey will take approximately 10 minutes to complete. Your response will be kept confidential, and we will not be collecting identifying information.
