Learning Conferences Term 3
Tuesday 28 July 2.15 pm – 8.00 pm and Wednesday 29 July 3.15 pm – 5.30 pm
The purpose of the learning conference meetings is for students to share their learning, for teachers to update parents on their child’s learning success and progress and to discuss the next learning steps.
Please note the early finish time of 2.00 pm on Tuesday 28 July for all students. If you are unable to collect your child/ren at 2.00 pm, Busy Bumbles have kindly offered to supervise your child/ren until 3pm, please fill in the form to book a space. Please complete this form by 3.00pm Friday 24 July. School will finish at the normal time of 3 pm on Wednesday.
If you are unable to attend the learning conferences on the above days, please contact your child’s homebase teacher and arrange another suitable time for either a face to face or a conference via google meet.
Families have been allocated a 15-minute block of time. Students and teachers will lead the conference together, where relevant. It is optional for your child to attend these conferences.
Parents need to book their 15 minute conference time. The online booking system is a quick and easy process, saving time and giving you control of the time slot you would like. If you are unable to make your own online booking, please contact the office and we will make one for you.
Bookings will be open from Monday 20 July at 8 am and will remain open until Friday 24 July at 6 pm.
