Unfortunately this term we lost one of our beloved staff members and for some a family member. Ricky Hofmeester peacefully passed away on the 2nd of December. Ricky resigned from his job as Property Manager for Clearview after being diagnosed with cancer.  He remained in good spirits while going through chemotherapy, regularly popping in to see the staff and students when he was able to.  

We would like to acknowledge all of the hard work that Mr. Hofmeester put into our school, looking after the school grounds, fixing anything that needed to be fixed, building sheds with students, helping on school camps and of course, coaching several Jump Jam teams.  He was always willing and ready to help anyone in need. 

 We think it would be a good idea to make a special area in memory of Mr. Hofmeester.  This could be somewhere for students, staff and community members to visit and remember the many special memories that we have of this caring man.  He was a great contributor to our school community and looked after our environment so well.
