There were some amazingly creative culinary delights entered in the Coffee Bean to Cuisine Competition on Wednesday.

On Wednesday 4 April, we held a new and unique competition to test the creative talents of some parents and staff who entered a dish or drink in our Coffee Bean to Cuisine Competition.  This event saw 15 dishes entered that incorporated our Clearview coffee from the 'Five to Nine cafe'.  The standard was very high which made the judging a tough task for Celebrity Chef Jax Hamilton, Principal Rob Rush and Challenge Team student Amelie Dunn.

This event was a collaborative partnership with a local Charity founded by Christina Buckland (one of our parents) called "One Mother to Another".  The winning dish will be professionally photographed and included in a cookbook alongside a range of celebrity recipes.

Congratulations and thank you all of the contestants who entered a dish or drink - you all did an amazing job!  The overall winning dish that will be published in the cookbook was a mocha tart with coffee cream created by Lisa Martin.
