Learning Conferences Term 3
These will be held in Week 2 of Term 3 on Wednesday 31 July 2.15 pm – 8.00 pm and Thursday 1 August 3.15 pm – 5.30 pm.
The purpose of the learning conference meetings is for students to share their learning, for teachers to update parents on their child’s learning success and progress and to discuss the next learning steps.
Please note the early finish time of 2.00pm on Wednesday 31 July for all students. If you are unable to collect your child/ren at 2.00 pm, please let the school office know before Friday 26 July.
Families have been allocated a 15-minute block of time. Students and teachers will lead the conference together, where relevant. It is optional for your child to attend these conferences.
Parents need to book their 15 minute conference time. The online booking system is a quick and easy process, saving time and giving you control of the time slot you would like. If you are unable to make your own online booking, please contact the office and we will make one for you.
Bookings will be open from Thursday 4 July at 3 pm and will remain open until Friday 26 July at 4 pm.
Parents enter their school code: sxbwf (all lower case letters)
